Our activities are generalist in nature, summarised as the timely delivery of projects in corporate facilitation, management consultancy and specialist personnel services -   generalist and technical - large and small.

We have a history of diverse activity. Client issues are treated as projects and delivered via capture, command, control and communication of people, assets, time and finance.

Few issues are as difficult as they appear, simply requiring detached drive and enthusiasm to resolve. We sit with Clients  defining project parameters, objectives and optimum level of aggression in execution. Allocation of resources  -  people, budget, intelligence are ring-fenced. Timings are then sandwiched between start/completion dates with agreed markers / milestones with budgets fixed.

We continue to provide corporate / SME solutions to simple or complex issues having helped multi-nationals, government and small / large industrial concerns with the conduits and mechanisms to overcome transitional obstacles. Providing temporary staffing, office/warehousing facilities, mandatory paperwork returns, financial  initial reporting , general/key personnel recruitment and specific projects from data entry, desk top research to intelligence gathering. We have exectuted once off tasks in the corporate arena ( eg  setting up satellite companies in the State, conducting property asset audits to name a few projects) however we enjoy retention by many clients to execute and expedite issues as and when they arise.  We  have extended these services in recent years to product and production   issues  that for whatever  reason have stalled internally or met with inertia.

We have a  particular enthusiasm  and interest in 2  areas:

• Introduction of and pioneer activities for  new  products, services and companies  into both the  Republic of Ireland and the UK via establisment of intitial  contacts and direct sales in preparation for  established  follow up

• Taking a grip of and expediating technical issues and projects that  for whatever reason have STALLED or been placed on the "back burner."
